I decided to give myself a PROPER manicure and by proper I mean wrapping the edges, cause I never do it! I dare say though that it does make a huge difference! It made my nails look really thick :)
So I didn't have a great deal of time to paint nail art on, so I decided to stamp accents on my thumb and ring finger. Shame Konad plates don't fit over my nails, as with other girls' nails!
City Siren was a lot darker than I thought it would be, but when I painted them on they didn't look too bad at all! In fact it made my skin look brighter haha which is always good! As for the stamp not fitting over my nail? Well I resolved that by painting in with a fine brush what the design would've looked like had it been bigger. Good thing it was the zebra print, nothing super finely detailed or anything!

ReplyDelete@sonoma wrapping the nails is when you brush the colour over the free edge of your nail to help the polish last longer - I will put up a tutorial soon! and same for the konad one :)

ReplyDeleteDo you just use Konad plates or Bundle Monster? I heard those graphics are small too...? But I have really tiny/narrow nails. Thoughts?? (Cause I don't have any yet).
ReplyDeleteI only have Konad plates! Two of them to be exact haha I have narrow nails as well and if I stamp the properly they still are a tad short and if my nails are really long then the stamp misses the top!
