China Glaze & Colour Club Holo Water Marble

One more follower till I do a giveaway! Where is that one hiding? hehe

Today I did a water marble design for my mani. For those that remember, I did an experiment with holo polishes on fake nails - inspired by Rebecca at rebecca likes nails. Now, I've done the exact same colours on my nails!

No flash - the lighting didn't end itself well in this pic =/

*UPDATE* Silly me forgot to put down the colours I used! For the base, I used Colour Club's Paris White, China Glaze Something Sweet & Flyin' High and Colour Club Fashion Addict for the holo :)

I really like my left hand, I got a bit lazy doing my right hand cause they take soooo long to do AND clean up. I used vaseline around my finger but used tape to cover the rest of my finger. This made it easier to remove around my cuticle and also gives it some moisture *bonus* but then I had to use a cotton bud dipped in remover to remove certain bits that hadn't come off from the vaseline.

So what do you think?

  5. Can you tell us the names of the polishes you used? My daughter saw this and wants me to replicate it on her nails.
