OPI Ink & Suprise OPI find!

Today I went to my usual nail store to get some polishes. What in particular? Well I knew there was some ChG OMG left and when I asked my friend who went there the other day to get herself one, she told me there was 2 left, so those 2 are mine now teeheeee :D

Anyways, I was looking around the OPI stand and I couldn't afford to buy any more at this point in time because I needed to buy other stuff, so my kind, kind brother said he would pay for the 2 OPI bottles I wanted :) (OPI costs $12 a bottle at this store, $20 RRP!)

I really wanted to try these out, but there was no way that I was removing my marble mani - it took a god awful long time to do, so I'm gonna keep it on for another 2 days or so :D I used fake nails instead - hope they look ok in the pics!

I found OPI OPI Ink which I liked a lot so I grabbed that.
This is what it looks like facing the window (it was getting dark, so there was still a bit of natural light)

Another bottle pic, with bottle on the desk and not directly facing the natural light

OPI Ink is a dark black/purple jelly base with purple shimmer particles. I am unsure whether there are other colours since in some lights, it shines blue (like the last pic) and even a bit of yellow/gold (as you might be able to see a bit of in one of the pics).

The other colour I got, I was so surprised to find it on the rack, I've wanted it since I first saw it, but it was crazy expensive online and I lost a bid for bulk OPI on ebay which had this colour and one of the other colours I wanted as well. This mystery polish is Absolutely Alice! When I picked it up, I decided to get it straight away, they were selling for 25+ (not including postage) on eBay and I wasn't willing to fork that amount for it. I really want Mad As A Hatter as well, but haven't had luck finding that for a good price :(

Facing natural light. I've photoshopped the colour a little to get it more accurate to the real colour.

Another bottle pic! This is just sitting on the desk, not directly facing natural light

(L) One Coat (R) Two Coats

Another pic, cause we love pics! When I saw swatches for this online, I seriously thought it was just blue glitter, I didn't realise there was gold in it as well! It's a very dense microglitter polish and builds up nicely after 2 coats as you can see in the pics.

Sorry if any pics were blurry, it seriously is hard to hold the camera absolutely still with a slow shutter speed! I've converted to using the manual setting for taking these pics and they turn out a lot better colour-wise than using standard portrait settings. Just might need a tripod next time for slow shutter speeds!

Do you own these colours? Or want them? Let me know below!

Thanks for reading :)
